SME Bridge was founded  to address the fact that while small and medium enterprises constitute both the backbone of the global economy and the supply chain of essential products and services, they are often unable to leverage their position to grow and be competitive. Add in a fast changing regulatory landscape, and it is easy to get left behind.

We have been involved in industrial waste management projects since 2018, the common theme of which has been process waste volume reduction of the aqueous kind. This allowed us to become familiar with the various techniques to achieve this, each with their pros & cons.

Owners of wastewater treatment systems mostly desire consistent output quality and low through-life operating costs. But this is a pipe dream since many implementations are complex, with many moving parts, each with a limited operating life. Regular validation and maintenance is necessary, sometimes more often than anticipated, leaving the host organization trapped by the design choice they once made, particularly when they seek to expand operations and implement new processes. This is the most common regret we have observed.

Purus puts Tubular UF Membrane technology under the spotlight, and with good reason since it provides a balanced set of advantages over conventional methods, especially when dealing with very dirty /solids laden wastewater.
